Seven people died and over 60 were injured, including three children, when a passenger train derailed in Russia's Bryansk region after a bridge collapsed due to an explosion. A second bridge collapse occurred in the Kursk region. Russian authorities have labeled the incidents acts of terrorism. The train was traveling from Klimov to Moscow. Ukraine has not commented on the events, which occurred approximately 100 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
