Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced the death of Hamas leader Mohammed Sinwar, killed in an Israeli airstrike. While the Israeli military hasn't officially confirmed the death, reports indicate Sinwar was targeted in a May 13th strike near a Gaza hospital, which killed at least 16. Sinwar was the brother of Yahya Sinwar, the Hamas leader killed in October 2023. Hamas has yet to confirm Sinwar's death.
