Actor Noel Johansen, known for his Hallmark movie roles, mourned his wife Jenifer Darbellay at a Vancouver vigil. Darbellay, a costume designer, was among 11 killed when a vehicle plowed into a street festival. Johansen, who was injured along with their 7-year-old daughter, described his wife as "larger than life" and urged others to "be big" in life. A GoFundMe has been established to support the family.
