Pope Francis' wooden coffin was privately sealed Friday night, concluding three days of public mourning at the Vatican. Approximately 250,000 people paid respects to the first Latin American and Jesuit pope. Cardinal Camerlengo Kevin Farrell led the sealing ceremony, including placing the pope's pallium and other items in the coffin. Francis' funeral will be held Saturday, followed by nine days of mourning. His final resting place will be simple, per his wishes.
