The British Army successfully used a radiofrequency directed energy weapon (RF-DEW) to neutralize a swarm of 100 drones in Wales. This is the largest trial of its kind in the UK, demonstrating the weapon's effectiveness against multiple drones simultaneously. The RF-DEW, developed by Thales, disrupts drone electronics using high-frequency radio waves at a low cost of 13 cents per shot.
