The New York attorney general’s office appointed former federal prosecutor Jacqueline Kelly to lead a criminal investigation into allegations of sexual assault at Cornell University.

Kelly, a Cornell graduate, will oversee the inquiry into claims made by Jane Doe, a former student who alleges that seven male students sexually assaulted her at a Chi Phi fraternity party in 2024.
