Tap title to read story
Apple’s HomePod Mini 2, priced at one hundred forty‑nine dollars, arrives with a newer S10 chip and Wi‑Fi six‑E support, replacing the older S5 and Wi‑Fi four. The device is a green, glossy speaker that plays music in a few seconds and responds to smart‑home commands almost instantly. Siri on the Mini 2 is noticeably snappier, often replying in under three seconds, and it performs actions quietly without extra chatter. The speaker’s sound quality remains strong, and the new color is described as divine. However, the upgraded Mac speaker feature did not work for the reviewer, leaving a single disappointment.
