Dana White, the chief executive of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, dismissed Sean Strickland’s recent complaints about fighter compensation. Strickland, who secured a new contract in May, has repeatedly criticized the UFC’s negotiation tactics, claiming he earned only a fraction of the thirty million dollars reportedly paid to Conor McGregor at UFC 329. White, whose net worth exceeds six hundred million dollars, stated that he has not personally spoken to Strickland and that the fighter’s claims are unfounded. The UFC middleweight champion last defended his title at UFC 328 in May, winning a split decision over Khamzat Chimaev. Despite Strickland’s threats to vacate the belt, White remains unmoved, emphasizing the new contract’s terms and the organization’s broader financial strategy. Strickland also expressed interest in boxing, offering to compete in Zuffa Boxing, but White has no interest in that venture.
