Stablecoin firm Circle finance chief Fox-Geen to step down

Circle Internet Group, Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen will step down after more than five years in the role. Fox-Geen will continue serving as Chief Financial Officer through December 31, 2026, to ensure an orderly transition while a formal search for his successor is conducted. Concurrently, co-founder and board director P. Sean Neville tendered his resignation from the board of directors, reducing the board size to seven members. Circle confirmed that neither executive departure resulted from any disagreement regarding company operations, policies, or practices.
