Asset World Corp, the real estate arm of Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi's empire, plans a real estate investment trust initial public offering on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in early 2027 to raise at least one billion dollars. Led by Chief Executive Officer Wallapa Traisorat, the trust will hold four hotels and one office building valued at approximately forty-eight billion baht, equivalent to about one billion four hundred forty million dollars. The company anticipates that foreign institutional investors will absorb roughly fifty percent of the initial offering, reflecting strong international interest in Thailand commercial and hospitality sectors. Proceeds from the offering will support the conglomerate ongoing expansion of income-producing real estate assets across the country.
