Reality television personality Kim Zolciak has been excluded from the estate beneficiaries of her late former partner Lee Big Poppa Najjar, according to probate court documents filed in September 2026. Filed by Jared Najjar, the son of the late businessman who died in April 2026, the court paperwork designates five beneficiaries: Najjar widow Kimberley Lynch and his four children. Zolciak, who rose to prominence on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was completely omitted from the documentation. Additional court filings reveal outstanding financial claims against the estate, including $362,000 sought by Claudio and Julianne Burton. Zolciak and Najjar were previously featured in early seasons of the reality series before separating. Zolciak later married Kroy Biermann and is currently in a relationship with Kyle Mowitz.
