San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Raheem Morris confirmed that star edge rusher Nick Bosa will play in Thursday night’s season-opening game against the Los Angeles Rams at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia. Bosa has been working his way back from a torn ACL suffered during a game against the Arizona Cardinals on September 21, 2025, which required surgery on September 26, 2025.
