Underserved Communities Again Ask Courts to Restore Justice Grant Funding

Plaintiffs representing marginalized communities returned to federal courts in a final effort to rescue three billion dollars in environmental and climate justice grant funding. Advocates warn that the prolonged legal battle threatens local infrastructure projects and could discourage vulnerable communities from applying for future federal grants.
