Pinterest Inc. announced that Chief Financial Officer Julia Brau Donnelly has submitted her resignation to pursue a new opportunity at an early stage private company. Donnelly will remain with the image sharing platform through October thirty, twenty twenty six, to ensure an orderly transition of her financial duties. The company stated her departure involves no disagreements regarding operational policies or accounting practices. Vikram Naidu, vice president of finance and business operations, will assume the role of interim principal financial officer. Pinterest has initiated an external search for a permanent successor. Following the announcement, Pinterest shares dropped roughly four percent in extended market trading. This executive transition follows the company recent forecast of slower revenue growth, highlighting heightened competition within the digital advertising market against larger competitors like Meta Platforms. During Donnelly tenure since twenty twenty three, Pinterest achieved eleven consecutive quarters of strong revenue expansion and expanded operating margins successfully.
