Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Odinaka, known as Poco Lee, has been formally charged with five sexual offences in the United Kingdom, including attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed the charges on August 26, 2026, through Admin Team Leader James Baker. The court imposed a reporting restriction under Section 1 of the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 1992 to protect the complainant's identity. Poco Lee is being held on remand in a UK prison and is scheduled to appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing on September 15, 2026. His management, in a statement signed by Adedoyin Faleye, urged the public not to treat allegations as evidence of guilt and clarified that drink-spiking claims are not part of the charges. The entertainer has not been convicted and is entitled to the presumption of innocence. Separate, unverified allegations by Texas-based rapper Ms Jorji regarding an incident in Dallas are not connected to the UK case.
