Former reality television star Abby Lee Miller has officially dropped her legal claims against two Los Angeles physicians whom she previously accused of medical malpractice in a 2025 lawsuit. In a formal statement released on Monday, August 24, 2026, Miller acknowledged that Dr. Hooman Melamed and Dr. Paul Dwan bore no fault regarding allegations that a surgical catheter was left inside her body following a 2020 procedure at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Miller agreed to retract her prior public statements and issued a direct apology for the reputational and emotional distress caused to both doctors.
