Reality Star Kim Zolciak's Son Faces Felony Charges

The teenage son of former American football player Kroy Biermann faces serious felony charges in Georgia. Kroy Biermann Junior was arrested and charged with aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery offenses. Police report the alleged incident occurred on April twenty third inside a fitness center facility. Investigators state the teenager forced a female acquaintance to engage in sexual acts against her will. Authorities are prosecuting the young minor as an adult in Fulton County court. A medical evaluation was conducted at a local hospital following the initial police report filing. Kim Zolciak released a public statement strongly denying all criminal allegations made against her son. The celebrity mother stated that her child successfully passed a polygraph examination regarding the matter. Legal representatives for the defense have not yet issued further commentary on active legal case proceedings.
