Federal authorities arrested an Albany woman accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired bombing of New York’s State Capitol, where she allegedly wanted to kill lawmakers, officials said Thursday. Jessica Bowie, 35, faces a federal charge of attempting to provide material support or resources to a designated foreign terrorist organization. The allegations remain unproven, and the case will proceed in court in Albany, New York.
