A fast-moving wildfire in Tulare County, California, has exploded to 3,600 acres amid triple-digit temperatures, triggering evacuation warnings for the entire rural community of Alpaugh . The Alpaugh Fire ignited around 2:40 p.m. Wednesday near Avenue 42 and Road 38, growing from 100 acres to 500 acres within an hour before surging to its current size by Wednesday evening . As of late Wednesday, the blaze remained at 0% containment . Evacuation warnings have been issued for zones TLC-E275-A, TLC-E275-B, and TLC-E298, which include the town of fewer than 1,000 residents . Officials report damage to power poles and fences, with no injuries confirmed . The fire is being fought by a Unified Command of the Tulare County Fire Department and the Bureau of Land Management, with CAL FIRE ground and air support .
