Dispatch audio referenced cardiac arrest and an overdose, while reports said Narcan was found at the residence; neither establishes an official overdose cause. Panettiere was known for “Heroes,” “Nashville” and the “Scream” franchise. Her family confirmed her death and requested privacy. She recently published a memoir about her personal struggles.
