Phoenix, Arizona — The Phoenix Suns have officially acquired forward Miles Bridges from the Charlotte Hornets in a multi-team trade finalized on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The Suns receive the 28-year-old Bridges along with a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick. Charlotte’s return package includes Grayson Allen, Royce O’Neale and Phoenix’s unprotected 2033 first-round selection. The deal followed weeks of delay tied to a six-month trade restriction on Mouhamadou Gueye, which affected several other teams, including the Minnesota Timberwolves, Brooklyn Nets and Chicago Bulls. League paperwork is now complete and the transaction is formally registered with the NBA.
