Cebolleta, New Mexico — Premier American Uranium Inc. completed a 6,030-foot PQ-core drilling program at its wholly owned Cebolleta Uranium Project and delivered recovered underground resource samples to Hazen Research in Golden, Colorado, to begin advanced metallurgical testing as part of the company’s 2026 work program. Core was drilled at four locations with mineralized material collected from 18 vertical holes to obtain representative samples; downhole gamma results were generally consistent with historic drilling and the company’s 2023 confirmation program and will be added to the drilling database for the planned updated mineral resource estimate in the 2027 PEA. The company delivered 77 core samples totaling 282.6 feet (85.9 m) and 2,124 pounds (963.3 kg). Sample selection used handheld scintillometer readings and downhole gamma with a 0.06% eU3O8 cutoff, the underground mining cutoff in the 2025 PEA. Drilling achieved 97% footage recovery in mineralized zones and 90% overall mass recovery, exceeding the 800 kg target by about 20%. Under the guidance of Dr. Terence McNulty, Hazen Research has commenced mineralogical characterization, bottle roll and long‑term column leach tests to evaluate multiple oxidants, lixiviants and application rates to optimize heap‑leach uranium recovery and inform assumptions for a planned PEA update targeted for 2027; CEO Colin Healey noted the program aims to refine processing assumptions and test potential recovery improvements described in the 2025 PEA.
