New Delhi. Masters' Union launched a 16-month postgraduate programme in Sustainability & Business Management on July 10 to prepare graduates for India's expanding green economy. The programme emphasizes live industry projects and practitioner-led mentorship, and draws faculty and mentors from organisations such as the World Bank, NASA, Samsung and Ather Energy. Curriculum topics include carbon accounting, climate-risk analysis and sustainability reporting, and the course is designed to produce execution-ready hires rather than theory-only graduates. Masters' Union says the programme responds to rising corporate demand for sustainability talent as identified in Deloitte's 2025 C-suite Sustainability Report, which places sustainability among the top three executive priorities, and an NLB Services projection that India could add 7.29 million green jobs by FY28. Delivery features term-long applied challenges with industry examples from companies such as HUL, Blinkit and Flipkart, a Global Immersion with UN institutions, Rabobank and Singapore projects, a Venture Lab that has supported ventures like Mellovia, and an option to pursue a joint one-year master's with IE New York College; the PGP begins in August 2026 and applications are closing soon.
