MONTVILLE, New Jersey – Authorities confirmed that 20-year-old Milania Giudice, daughter of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, was arrested and charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute at the family’s Montville mansion on May 14, 2026. According to records from the Montville Township Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call and detained Milania at approximately 6:12 p.m. after sister Gabriella Giudice reported that Milania was acting erratically and allegedly throwing food and candles inside the home.
