MONTVILLE, New Jersey – Authorities confirmed that 20-year-old Milania Giudice, daughter of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, was arrested and charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute at the family’s Montville mansion on May 14, 2026. According to records from the Montville Township Police Department, officers responded to a 911 call and detained Milania at approximately 6:12 p.m. after sister Gabriella Giudice reported that Milania was acting erratically and allegedly throwing food and candles inside the home. The police report noted that no weapons were involved in the altercation and that officers observed no physical injuries among those present at the scene. MONTVILLE, New Jersey – The incident drew renewed attention in early July 2026, when detailed police reports became public and Milania subsequently shared screenshots of private text messages with sisters Gabriella and Audriana on her official Instagram Story. The messages, which appeared to show ongoing tension within the family, included Gabriella calling Milania a “keyboard warrior,” to which Milania replied, “alright ... w ur weird ass words.” In a separate exchange, younger sister Audriana described Milania’s behavior as “mean.” The decision to release the texts publicly added a new layer to the fallout from the May 14 dispute and provided a glimpse into the strained relationship among the Giudice sisters.
