Columbus, Ohio — Vinton County Prosecutor William Archer said he will update the criminal case involving four adults charged after 16 children were rescued from a Hamden home on June 30. Authorities arrested Gary Siders Sr., Gary Siders Jr., Elizabeth Siders and Christina Siders; each faces 16 counts of child endangerment and pleaded not guilty on July 1. The arrests followed officers serving an unrelated warrant on June 30, when officials found children in serious medical condition and several hospitalized; the Ohio Department of Children & Youth placed them in protective custody.
