Athens, Ga.: Jason Gutierrez Martinez, 20, was arrested July 1 after officers executed a June 18 search warrant and seized evidence following a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline referral, authorities said. Portland, Ore.: Odysseus Japeth Tewee, 20, was identified after a September 23, 2024 NCMEC tip and later indicted on October 16, 2024. Tewee was sentenced this week to 180 months in federal prison and ten years of supervised release after a federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment; investigators reported recovering over 100 images and nine videos. In South Africa, two mothers from Phoenix and Chatsworth were recently reported for alleged sexual relations with their children, and material has been shared with the KZN SAPS child-protection unit.
