A Louisiana court is reviewing new legal filings in an ongoing dispute between social media personality Addison Rae’s father, Monty Lopez, and his estranged wife, Kaitlyn Lopez. In documents obtained on July 2, 2026, Monty asks the court to intervene to stop Kaitlyn from posting content related to their daughter on social media. He alleges that Kaitlyn has repeatedly violated an existing temporary protective order issued earlier this year after a domestic dispute, including by contacting him directly and posting images of Addison and family members, using Addison’s commercial music, and sharing past couple photos while requesting online financial donations.
