Prosecutors in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, have dismissed criminal charges against country singer Bailey Zimmerman after he paid full restitution for damages to a hotel room at Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque. The 26-year-old artist had faced one felony count of criminal damage to property over $1,000 and one misdemeanor count of falsely obtaining services, stemming from an incident on May 27, 2026.
