In a recent episode of her podcast "Brandi Unfiltered," Los Angeles-based reality television personality Brandi Glanville said she is undergoing medical evaluation for a persistent throat condition she believes may be a sexually transmissible form of ringworm. She linked the suspected infection to a previous relationship with an unnamed adult entertainment industry worker, noting that standard sexually transmitted infections have been ruled out by physicians. Glanville described researching fungal strains that can affect throat tissues and potentially spread toward the ear. Her comments follow a separate health issue: in February 2026 she disclosed a facial swelling problem, present since December 2024, was caused by a biological parasite.
