Jamila "Mila" Adams, former live-in chef for NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs, has used Instagram to allege that Diggs physically and emotionally abused rapper Cardi B, including during her pregnancy. Adams’ posts came after a jury recently found Diggs not guilty of felony strangulation and assault charges that she had brought against him. She claims to have text messages documenting belittling behavior and incidents in the delivery room. The allegations emerge as reports suggest Cardi B and Diggs are reconciling following a public split before Super Bowl LX in February 2026. Neither has publicly responded, and Diggs remains an NFL free agent.
