United States ex-MrBeast worker sues over maternity firing

A former employee of YouTube creator Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, has filed a lawsuit in the United States alleging years of workplace harassment and wrongful termination during maternity leave. The complaint claims the plaintiff faced ongoing harassment over multiple years at MrBeast’s production company and that her employment was terminated while she was on protected maternity leave, allegedly violating labor and leave laws. The suit names the MrBeast brand and related management entities as defendants and seeks unspecified damages for emotional distress and lost wages. As of now, the company has not issued a public response, and the case remains in its preliminary legal stages.
