New York — India’s Secretary (West) in the Ministry of External Affairs, Sibi George, met Alexandre Zouev, Acting UN Under-Secretary-General for Counter-Terrorism, on April 24 to discuss terrorism threats and cooperation with the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism.
