The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced its Class of 2026 on April 4, naming nine inductees including players, coaches, a referee and the 1996 U.S. women's national team; the announcement was made in Indianapolis ahead of the NCAA Final Four weekend. Springfield, Massachusetts will host enshrinement ceremonies on August 14–15, 2026; inductees named include Mark Few, Candace Parker, Elena Delle Donne, Doc Rivers and others, who issued statements praising teammates and institutions and noting gratitude for Hall recognition.
