Trump Says Iran War Could End In 'Two Weeks, Maybe Three,' To Address US

President Donald Trump said the war with Iran could end in two or three weeks and insisted other countries must secure the Strait of Hormuz, ahead of a White House address on Iran scheduled for Wednesday night. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hailed a joint campaign against Iran, while Iran’s Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran is willing to end the war if assured it will not reignite. Israeli strikes in south Beirut and a nearby area killed seven; the Israeli military said it hit a senior Hezbollah commander. Markets rallied as Brent fell to $103.97 and Asian indexes climbed.
