Firefighters responding to ongoing fire in Montgomery

Montgomery Fire/Rescue responded Monday morning to a significant blaze in the 600 block of Ryan Street, with multiple units containing the fire and protecting nearby buildings. Neighbors told first responders the structure was believed to be vacant. Firefighters have the blaze under control and remain on scene working to put it out. No civilians or firefighters were injured. The cause is under investigation.
