MINNEAPOLIS — The Justice Department charged Anthony Kazmierczak on Thursday with forcibly assaulting, opposing, impeding and intimidating Representative Ilhan Omar after he squirted a water and apple cider vinegar mixture at her during a Tuesday town hall.
