WASHINGTON — The U.S. military said Friday it conducted a strike in northwest Syria that killed Bilal Hasan al-Jasim, whom U.S. Central Command identified as an experienced terrorist leader linked to the Dec. 13 ambush that killed two U.S. soldiers and civilian interpreter.
