JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Authorities arrested 40-year-old Jennifer Cruz on Tuesday after she allegedly confronted Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and a Florida Highway Patrol trooper during an immigration operation on Beach Boulevard. Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier posted a dashcam clip showing the arrest; additional video circulating shows Cruz kicking officers and Tasered and handcuffed.
