PROVO, Utah — The accused killer of conservative activist Charlie Kirk made his first in-person court appearance Thursday as lawyers argued over media access and a judge weighed restrictions. Attorneys for 22-year-old Tyler Robinson and the Utah County Sheriff's Office asked Judge Tony Graf to bar courtroom cameras, citing concerns over a fair trial and security; prosecutors charged Robinson with aggravated murder and said they will seek the death penalty.
