WASHINGTON. President Donald Trump received FIFA’s inaugural Peace Prize on Friday during the 2026 World Cup draw at the Kennedy Center, where FIFA President Gianni Infantino presented a medal, a trophy and a certificate citing Trump’s role in brokering recent agreements. FIFA announced the new annual prize in November to recognize individuals who advance peace and unity.
