Trump backs Indiana redistricting ahead of session

In a Tuesday Truth Social post, he praised the Indiana House and urged the Senate to approve new maps, tying the push to GOP themes like lower taxes, fewer regulations, and stronger borders. He vowed primary support for backers. Separately, House Speaker Todd Huston said lawmakers will gavel in Monday, Dec. 1, to reconvene the 2026 regular session and consider redrawing the congressional map.
