The company said at 7AM ET it was investigating impacts across multiple customers, and by 9:50AM ET reported the issue resolved. CTO Dane Knecht apologized on X and promised more details later today. As a key internet hub, Cloudflare’s hiccup rippled to sites including X, OpenAI, Spotify, Letterboxd, and Downdetector, which showed internal server error messages asking users to try again.
