The 49ers expect reinforcements Sunday: quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) and receiver Ricky Pearsall (knee) will return after last playing in Week 4; Purdy first injured his turf toe in Week 1. Pearsall had his first full practice and Purdy his second of the week. Cornerback Deommodore Lenoir (calf) is the only player with an injury designation, questionable after being downgraded to out of practice Friday. Defensive tackle Alfred Collins (hip) and linebacker Dee Winters (knee) fully participated Friday.
