USS Gerald Ford to arrive Caribbean amid tensions

The USS Gerald R. Ford, the world’s largest aircraft carrier, heads to the northern Caribbean on Sunday as tensions with Venezuela mount. A U.S. official told NPR the “table is being set” for possible action, with 15,000 service members in the region, including 2,000 Marines.
