Vergil Ortiz Jr. demolished Erickson Lubin with a second-round TKO at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, bullying him to the ropes and finishing at 1:30 after heavy rights left Lubin sagging. Ortiz, the WBC interim junior middleweight champion, landed 25 of 41 punches while Lubin managed just three. Minutes later, Ortiz called out ringside Jaron Boots Ennis, who entered the ring and accepted. With Eddie Hearn and Oscar De La Hoya signaling support, their all-undefeated clash is being eyed for 2026, a matchup both said has to happen.
