After seizing a narrow championship lead in Mexico City, Lando Norris kept control at Interlagos, topping sprint qualifying, winning the sprint, and taking P1 in race qualifying. His sprint win puts him nine points ahead of McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri, who crashed in the sprint but qualified P4.
