Charlie Woods Named AJGA First Team All American | JQJO

Braselton, Ga. Charlie Woods now shares one honor with Tiger Woods: the Benjamin School junior was named an AJGA first-team All-American, joining 11 other boys. He won his first big title at the Team TaylorMade Invitational in May. Miles Russell, 17 and a Walker Cup alternate this summer, was selected player of the year for the second time. On the girls side, Aphrodite Deng, a Canadian living in New Jersey, earned player of the year after winning the U.S. Girls Junior and two big AJGA events.
