Only a few thousand who fled el-Fasher have reached safety since Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces took the city, with fewer than 6,000 arriving at Tawila camp as survivors report beatings shootings and sexual assaults. The UN says 70,894 have been displaced since the takeover, and WHO reports at least 460 killed in a hospital.
