Gunmen killed at least 460 people in repeated assaults on el-Fasher's Saudi Hospital, abducting doctors and nurses before gunning down staff, patients and those sheltering there, the World Health Organization said. The attack came amid a reported Rapid Support Forces rampage that seized the besieged city, with witnesses describing house-to-house killings and sexual assaults. Communications are down, the death toll is unclear, and more than 62,000 people have fled; only thousands have reached Tawila, where aid groups report severe malnutrition, injuries and sexual violence. The RSF denies the hospital killings.
