Police report alleges Mace berated officers | JQJO

Rep. Nancy Mace allegedly berated police assigned to escort her at Charleston International Airport, calling them 'expletive' incompetent, a report says. Officers waited from 6:30 a.m. for a white BMW they never saw; surveillance video shows Mace arriving around 6:50 in a dark sedan and reaching a TSA entrance, where officers arrived about seven minutes later. She allegedly cursed throughout the walk to her gate, upsetting staff, the report states. On X, Mace posted video and defended using the entrance. Her office cited security concerns and rising threats, without addressing the alleged remarks.
